Tuesday, April 12, 2011Win-win for GA Taxpayers and RCA! Thanks to Georgia’s Education Expense Credit program, you can use your tax dollars to provide scholarships for students at RCA. Here’s how it works: an individual can contribute up to $1000 now and count it as a charitable contribution to reduce the taxable income for his/her 2011 federal taxes, and then the contribution will be returned on the individual's 2011 Georgia income tax return. There is a catch though... The program is capped at $50 million, so you have to act now to take advantage. Click here to download and complete the forms today: http://www.goalscholarship.org/for_donors/page/contribute-for-a-tax-credit. Please call Rosalyn Merrick at 678.651.2101 for more information or for help with completing the forms. We'll be more than happy to help you help RCA students! |
