I know it sounds corny, but honestly, Ron Clark is my Hero!  I have never been more inspired by an individual.  Your books are amazing.  I read them over and over and practice many ideas from your books in my classroom.  I teach 3rd Grade and feel it is important to start teaching my students many of your "essentials" now.  "The Ron Clark Story" is currently in my DVD player and I also watch that all the time.  I may sound like a nerd, but teaching is my life.  I strive to create engaging lesson plans that excite and challenge my students and I often look to Ron Clark books for inspiration.  My dream would be to teach in the Ron Clark Academy some day.  Hopefully I can attend the RCA Conference soon!  Thank you for everything you do.

Hey elempsych86! That's exciting to hear, I'm a bit like it too! Welcome to the forum - hopefully we can keep it up and running!
