Hey Eric and everyone else...

The Classroom Economy was going absolutely fantastic... that was until someone decided to steal thousands of classroom money from the filing cabinet.  Ruined it for everybody.  We had a class discussion and we'll have to decide a suitable punishment for the offender.

It's a real shame that even some of the most innovative ideas are sometimes ruined by one person.

Hey Matt!

I'm glad to hear, for the most part, that your classroom economy is doing well. I've been very fortunate to not have anyone steal any classroom money. I make it a point to tell the class that if anyone cheats or steals money from anyone else, they will be kicked out of the system. Because they love the program so much, it seems to do the trick!

I would like to take this opportunity to say hello to Eric and to let him that he has some really creative and fun ideas. I was wondering if he could send me the e-mail for Rafe because I am very interested in learning more about his economic system and the use of Shakespere in the classroom. I am relatively new to this forum and am in school part time working towards an associate degree in teacher preparation. I plan to transfer to a four school once I get my associate's. In order to gain valuable experience, I do work as a substitute teacher on a per diem basis and overall I really enjoy the various experiences and being able to work with students from various age levels.
